Friday teaching is provided by the Post Graduate Medical Centre.

Teaching will be added to the programme as soon as we receive confirmation with the speakers, to reduce the amount of change in the programme.

Attendance Exemption Notification Form

You can record your non-attendance on this form. This must be done before the session and a time stamp will be added to submissions to support this.

The following are the only instances where your absence may be notified after the teaching session.

• Personal Illness
• Patient Emergency

Any other exemptions will be considered on a case by case basis.

The more frequent your exemptions, the more likely it is that you will be audited (i.e. we will contact people to validate your exemption).
